Our guests from South Africa arrived in Austria a week ago and spent the first days at our partner school in St. Florian. The delegation group consists of two members of the Western Cape Department of Agriculture, one high school teacher and five students of various agricultural schools. The past weekend was dedicated to exploring the cities of Linz and Vienna. Today they will get to know our school in Elmberg.
The students of the class 5a have prepared a guided tour through the school area. Our guests will also take part in a practical lesson in milk processing, producing their own mozzarella cheese. The special highlight of the evening program will be a dancing class with the “Ömberga Plattler Menscha”.
